Worst shopping experience ever. I couldn’t find a conversion kit on the manufacturers website to make this propane grill work with natural gas. It shipped with propane fittings... I assumed that meant I had to convert it. Note that Best Buy sells it as a natural gas grill. Some people are brave enough to connect natural gas fittings to pipes on the exterior of their house i’m not so I called the plumber to make sure it was done correctly and to help me get the correct conversion kit. He called manufacturer and manufacturer was clear that is a propane only grill. The plumber saw the Best Buy product description that says it takes charcoal and natural gas fuels. The plumber felt so bad for me he didn’t charge me for the visit.

I love the BBQ but I have to say that the assembly instructions are the worst I've ever seen. They don't contain a single word, just pictures that aren't very informative. I've assembled a lot things over the years and I've seen bad instructions before, but these take the cake. I'm not a novice at this. If you haven't assembled stuff before, my advice is to pay for assembly. Even with experience it took me close to 4 hours to from box to working BBQ.

Multiple options for cooking. Gas, charcoal or gas burner for pot. Box is heavy. Not hard to put together despite many steps. Standard grill cover fits perfectly.

Not so much fun putting it together by yourself but once I got it done I love this grill. Best of both worlds. Hate gas grill, hate heating up coals. This grill heats the coals for you, I shut off the gas and BAMB. CHARCOAL LOVE....

The grill is easy to set up and use not long wait times for charcoal

I've had this grill for about 6 week and use it just about every day. I put in some charcoal for the first time today, I like how easy it is to light them. I have a party next week and I can't wait to see how well it works for a large crowd.

I bought this after reading the reviews online. had a better deal than Amazon. 6 months payment deal was great too. installation took 2 hours. in first try i used the side burners to start the fire but it was a major mistake. you need to use the middle burner first then turn on the others.

Used multiple times a week and lasted 4 years without a cover before the burner rails rusted out. Just bought another for replacement. I like the combo aspect of gas/coal.

Love this grill because of the two Options gas or charcoal. You can use the gas to start your charcoal it’s easy to clean up when you are done

Was looking at some propane/charcoal hybrid grills, and this perfectly fit my needs. My only complaint is I wish the charcoal tray was a couple inches lower, as it sits right below the grill, not leaving space between food and coals.

Love the fact i can do both charcoal and gas in one unit that isn't huge. charcoal function works great, as does the gas, this grill can get very hot! nice and clean looking as well
