Issue with shipping, everything good though. Good.

The igniter button broke after just 2 months of use. I now have to light it with a match every time. The flames are also only in the back of the grill so cooking is uneven. But hey it will cook your food, so I still use it.

It was not stated anywhere that this was a "propane-only" grill. I paid $150 to have it assembled and it could not be connected with our natural gas outlet.

I purchased this grill to replace my outdated grill of 15 years. This grill is a great purchase for the price and has plenty of grill space.

Great grill, my 2nd CharBroil, previous reviews were great help. Several thoughts it took me 2 1/2 hrs to put together not complicated if you follow directions! The back of grill is hotter than front due to location of burners. I love it and really like its' grill size. Hope this lasts 1/2 as long as 1st one... 8 yrs commercial model. It is very heavy to move due to it's packaging. Happy so far!!!!

I love it. However, was a problem child putting together. Pace yourself. seems well made. A bit bigger than it looked online. But, very happy with it......Looks great in my backyard. Hard part was finding a great spot for it...

It is great having a large grill. The heat is great and it takes a little while to learn that the back is a little warmer than the front but it is an advantage so you can cook things at different speeds. The heat is consistent and strong. The grates clean up nice and easy. I wish it was easily converted to natural gas because it burns through propane pretty quick. Im not sure a person can find a better grill for the price.

This grill is avery nice item, particularly for the price. I will have to replace the wheels just because they are so small and the brakes really don't lock it in place, but other than that I have no complaints. The cooking temperature is very even and I have had 5 great meals on it since I put it together.

This grill is great. It cooks food evenly, and quickly. My only critique is that the gas knobs are not stainless (not a very big deal). Gets up to grilling temp in less than 10 min, the distance between grill and flame is ideal, very happy with this purchase - just waiting on the cover to come in the mail.

This grill is awesome, and the Best Buy price was lower than Target or Sears. Putting it together was time consuming, but worth it.

Huge grill space & great quality.. my buddy got one and loved it so I had to jump on the wagon.

Its a good value if you are looking for size and entertaining people but don't want to buy a $1000+ grill. It take a long time to heat up the grill and even afterwards I need to grill longer then with some other higher line grills.

Santa brought me this present. Little complicated to assemble, but worth 4 hours of work. Great construction. Looks million dollar grill. Love it!!!

I absolutely love it! ... Dinner time with nice weather is completely different now.

The flame and heat output is fair to poor even on the highest setting!
