Purchased for apartment, didn't want propane, not allowed to use charcoal. Assembled quickly. Takes @ 25 minutes to pre-heat to 500 degrees, but temperatures drop quickly if the lid is raised. Not for open lid grilling. Grill surface is easy to maintain and cleans up in kitchen sink. Follow user manual's directions and scrub the grill with a wire brush following grilling for best results. Have grilled fish, shrimp, chicken and steak with no issues. Cooking time is longer than charcoal due to temperature drop when flipping items but have yet to overcook anything. Overall happy with the performance.

Works good. Took awhile to put together but easy to set up still. Cooks food faster then expected.

Best directions ever for assembly! Took about an hour but no peices left over!!! Cooks great with a few items, but if you load it up it has difficulty getting back up to temp. For my needs it's great.

Heats fast and cooks great. Glad we got it. The size is perfect for our lanai.

My Electric Grill is perfect for me easy cleanings

I have found that the best thing to use to clean the grill is a metal putty knife. My other grill cleaning products just to not go deep enough into the grill tracks to clean it off. This is a great grill and a few swipes with a putty knife will remove everything and keep it looking almost new. Also good to scrape out the belly of the grill. The product cooks in half the time of my huge propane grill and uses only electricity so I am not going to get refills constantly. I will use this for us around the house but if we have guess then I will have to fire up the big monster.

Cooks food without the mess and clean up on charcoal grill. Much easier clean up and food is throughly done. So far extremely satisfied with the grill.

Took longer than expected to heat up. Every time I opened the lid to check the food, the temperature dropped drastically. Food did not cook as expected. Clean up is not easy. Thinking about returning this item if I still can.

Grill works great, more convenient than propane or charcoal, rivaling natural gas. Wondering how long the heating element will last with weekly use.

This grill is a good value and assembly is rather straight forward taking about an hour with easy to follow directions. I prefer gas or charcoal but they are not allowed at my apartment complex. That said this grill works very well, the food cooks evenly and fast for an electric grill and the food actually tasts like it was grilled. Price is great for the size and construction of the grill.

I bought this because it was too hot to turn my apartment oven on in the summer. I read several reviews online and settled for this model based on the infra-red feature. I believe it makes all the difference. Chicken breast comes out juicy, steaks have perfect char marks. I highly recommend this product.

Grill is good, eats a lot of electric city. Make sure you have a heavy duty surge protector, first time used with out one and blew a fuse. Overall good experience, has a small foot print and easy to store in a balcony.
