We bought this about a month ago and have been pleased with every meal we have prepared. Foods are never dried out. Our price at Best Buy was the best price in town at the time. If you are looking for electric... it's one of the nicest grills out there at a very affordable price.

I bought this grill for my apartment and loved how quick it warmed up for the cold weather we've been having. to me this is better than a tradition grill with flames because it doesn't burn the food it locks the juices in and still gives you grill marks! The grill plate itself is easy to clean with warm soap and water, under the burner is a little difficult to get too, so I recommend cleaning it down after it cools every time you use it to make your life easier. Overall very big and has two levels. Putting it together was pretty easy as well!

cooks great chicken pork chop and burgers have not tryed steaks yet and not hard to clean

Everything I wanted in a flame less patio grill to meet code. Assembly was easy but one front foot has to be inserted upside down, no biggie but the problem I have is getting the burned on food per instructions of high heat 15 mins post removal of all roof called "burn off" and the grate did not clean per conversation with tech after trying all suggestions. Too much residue for 1 use.
