When we received the grill there were several dents on it. We were okay to look past it because my husband was excited to have a bigger grill and they were just cosmetic. Now we are about a month in of owning it and the flames are starting to burn uneven. We have to cook our food in the back instead of the front as it’s not too hot. Overall though we enjoy using it and use it pretty often.

Product arrived in poor condition from packaging to dents and scratches. Im not sure if i received a returned refurbished grill, contacted customer service with no luck, decided to keep the grill due to its weight and hassle to ship back.

Try to be home when this grill is scheduled to be delivered. They will just leave it at the front door if you’re not home. With that being said the grill itself is great. Super easy to put together. I am not someone who puts things together but I gave it a shot with this grill and it was really easy. It took me a little over 3 hours to be honest. Again. Not someone who either enjoys or is good at putting things together. We fired up the grill that first night and made some delicious food. It cooks evenly and works like a charm. Great price for a great grill.

Bought this over the other Charbroil grills here because it seemed to be of better quality. Fairly easy to put together but very light even with the weight. A couple nights after getting this a gust of wind blew it off my deck and banged it up a bit but still works just a little more wobbly than I’d like. Had to secure with a 50 lb bag of sand and now is solid in the wind. Cast iron grill surface is ok but things seem to easily stick. Enameled coating on the drip tray makes for easy cleanup. Won’t be buying another of this brand.

I purchased this grill because the one we had needed to be replaced. Due to pandemic, did most or my research on line. Rated high and the price was good and the size I was looking for. Best Buy mauled is the product to our home as indicated at transaction of sale. Set up was a lot easier than I thought it would be as this was the first time putting a grill together. Would definitely recommend this and Best Buy to a friend.

So far the gas grill works great. I hope it last as long as the old one did, 23 years. Assembly was not to bad if you know what you are doing. It took me about 45 minutes to assemble it.

You normally don't associate grills and Best Buy, but I am very satisfied with the delivery, assembly, and final product. This Char-Broil is great size and easy to clean. It looks great in my backyard.

Very good quality grill, used all summer and still works perfectly. Fits enough food for a family of four +.

Good product...many parts and pieces to assemble. If I had a "do-over", I probably would have bought one already assembled.

I don't really need the kind of monster outdoor grill found on many patios. The smaller Char-Broil grill option is perfect for my kind of use (frequent but small scale). It is easy to assemble and operate. It heats quickly and cleans up easily. The quality of construction is excellent.

The grill is decent for the cost.My one complaint is concerning the condition of the grill top when I removed from the box.The top was dented.

Good grill, had some scratches and was missing a screw but not to hard to assemble

This Char Broil is easy to use and very sturdy. The exterior material are easy to clean.

I was looking for a new grill for my husband, and this one came up in my feed. After doing some researching I thought I would go ahead and purchase this unit. I have to say it is awesome. Everything that is cooked on the grill is lovely, grill is not too big, but can handle quite a few items cooked at once. Great grill, only thing I will say is shop around after purchasing this I did find it for 200 dollars lower at another store.

I like having cabinet doors, makes access easy without having to move the whole unit.

I feel that the grill should get a little hotter. What I mean is the BTU is a bit low with 4 burners. Overall good grill
