Item arrived partially crushed. Used hammer and pliers to straighten metal enough to put together. Doesn’t look great but works fine. Other than that, it’s a great little grill.

It was an adventure to put together but it works great and is very easy to clean. We have used it at least 4 times a week since we got it. Best purchase we’ve made this year!

Live in a condo and space is at a premium. Replaced a larger grill and this job is getting it done. The flare up feature works like a charm. Will purchase this again when it comes time to replace.

Bought this one to replace an old one that rusted out after 6 years. Had this one over a year and still doing a great job.

The grill works great. Only have one suggestion. Put low, medium and high setting on knobs. Has a temperature gage but we're guessing where low, medium and high are.

We were a bit skeptical about the CharBroil Performance Tru-Infrared 2 burner grill, but we definitely are enjoying it. Make sure to season the infrared grates with oil before you use!

We saw this grill in a daily deal and it was just what we were looking for. And the price just made it a no brainer. We are very satisfied with this purchase.

This is my second one , Wore the first one out. They are now building without the grills above the emitters. Still getting used to that, but so far very happy.

Small patio calls for small grill. Perfect size for me and another. Assembly was easy, cooking was easier! With my rewards, I paid $144. Could not be happier.

Overall I would have to get picky about it to find something negative. It does take a little long to preheat for a lil grill but really happy w purchase.

We got this for my in-laws with the hope it wouldn't flare up and burn things like their previous grill, and we were not disappointed, it works great for them.

This is my second grill like this (1st one was stainless steel). It is a nice size for patios and the TRU-infrared is worth it.

I would give this a 5 star rating, but the grates are incredibly difficult to clean and keep clean.

This is my first infrared grill and I won't go back. Easy to grill and much more efficient.

When the grill works, it's a good grill. Unfortunately, the flame goes out constantly. I'm constantly watching to make sure the flames haven't gone out, which is annoying to say the least. I've owned a lot of grills over the years, and I've never had one that does this. I've moved the grill around, in case a breeze was blowing out the flames. This has done this since Day 1, so it's not issue with not being clean. I'd return the grill if I could, but I'm outside of the 15 day return window. I do not wish this grill on my worst enemy!

I love that you can attach a aftermarket electronic rotisserie to it! Totally worked for me!

The infared grill cooks well and it does live up to the juciness of food cooked. It is, however, a challenge to keep clean. The "grates" are hard to remove and even harder to clean.

So far it’s great. Plates are a little difficult to clean but overall it’s great.

Got this grill on sale at the end of the season and really loved it
