This is an excellent product. The assembly time was about three and a half hours but I am a person who takes time to assemble products. It cooks faster than conventional grill and the food is very juicy. I have cooked several meals with different foods and it is easy to take the cooking time to achieve perfection. I have read in different reviews that there are people who have complained about the high temperature to cook. They have commented that it is difficult to lower the temperature below 550 degrees. In my opinion, the temperature can be controlled by decreasing the heat intensity and even turning off some of the burners. As this grill infrared technology, it allows the heat to spread throughout the surface and cooked food to the desired temperature without having to have all the burners on. Some people find that this product produces a lot of smoke, which seems annoying to them but this is the secret to achieving very juicy foods. Other people have commented that it is difficult to clean. Certainly this product is more complex to clean than the traditional grill but it only takes about 10 minutes more to clean it. Finally, I can not comment on the quality of the materials used for its construction but I can comment about it more ahead. I am hoping it will last as long as other grill I have had between 4 to 5 years. I recommend this product to anyone who likes to cook and is willing to try infrared technology. I think you will not regret spending your money on this grill once you see how the food is cooked and its taste.

Grill is very well made! There are no flare ups and it cook evenly!

Char-Broil - Signature Gas Grill is an awesome grill. I was always a Weber grill guy until I took a closer look at Char-Broil. Their new grill technology allows you to cook the food without burning it. No grease fires. Great grill for the money. After having it for a couple of months, I would put the Char-Broil up against any Weber and I would win. The only issue is that it was very difficult to assemble the grill yourself. I would definitely consider paying for Best Buy to assemble your grill.

I owned a Infrared BBQ and I got this one for my Son whom just bought his first home with a wonderful back yard and pool and I told him he needed The INFRARED BBQ no question about it. It cooks ypu meat so good. I highly advise everyone you won't reget this well PURCHASE BQQ.

I came damaged the ignition button does not work and it took 4 hours to assembly it to return it it has go back through a carriers because is not available in stores charbroil can you guys make better units I am very disappointed
