When you cook meat outside, you need high controlled temps and the only way to get there is with TRU Infrared and gas. Cook flank steak requires 475 to 600 degrees, hamburgers the same. This Char-Broil - Signature TRU-Infrared 325 2-Burner is perfect for this task. I selected the 2 burner model because I am cooking for one. This grill is easy start, cooks at high temps as measured with my Thermoworks Thermapen and ChefAlam. I have been using Char-Broil for as long as I can remember. On of the best in the business.

It took 2 deliveries for this product as they came damaged, the company could do a better job packing this. I have been enjoying the ease off starting this grill, it gets to temp quickly and there are no flare ups.

nice grill and enjoying it very much. Quick high heat, even heat cooking and no flare up The assembly was tedious and time consuming approximately 2 + hours. The directions states it's a 90 minute assembly time, but it did go together well and I'm not the most mechanically incline person.

We wanted a small grill that wouldn't take up a lot of room but would deliver a lot of controlled heat for searing, roasting and grilling. The infrared burners do the trick. We also used it for smoking, making barbecue history with smoked ribs, sausage and vegetables. My wife assembled the unit and I do the cooking. What a team!

I've only used this grill once, but so far so good. It was simple to use for a beginner. The thermometer didn't work, but I was still able to estimate low, medium and high. I can't give it 5 stars since I've only used it once.

I finally convinced myself that the cabinet would stay together after assembly. It is not reinforced and flimsy. With that said, I am excited about the improvements topside. My last grill had constant flare ups and was difficult to clean the grease off inside. The improvements for these problems are much appreciated. Now that we are empty nesters, ww like the compact size as well.

Had to reorder because the first one came damaged. Easy to assemble and use. No flair ups or burning of food.

Only regret is that they didn’t have the 4 burner to buy at the time. This is my first propane grill, since I used to only use charcoal/wood. I can’t believe I waited this long; it makes it easy to grill delicious food!

This grill gets nice and hot to sear a good steak. It is a little slow in heating up but does a really nice job holding the temp when it gets there.

My boyfriend wanted to retire his old! grill. Thank goodness, I wouldnt go near that old thing. I didn't trust it. This new grill ....turn on burners, push the button and even I'm ready to cook dinner. But then again the grill is his.

It has issues. The starter does not work. Poor instructions

Nice small grill that's heats up well and quickly.

I bought this grill nine months ago. It stopped heating up past 175°. I contacted customer service. I waited on hold for 50 plus minutes all three times that I tried contacting them. They were less than helpful and I now have a grill that does not work and they have not contacted me again to try to offer more warranty support. I would never purchase another charbroil grill again what a waste of money. This was my second, I should have learned with my first one. The first one lasted two years and the Thermometer went out. Look elsewhere.
