I bought this grill 5 years ago and it’s still going strong!

Cooking on this grill is perfect. Even heat across all grill areas. No ability for flare ups. Most grill to have to cook on the far right to get a char...not with this grill!!!

The set up took a couple hours it wasn't very difficult. Ornamental heats up fast and cooks fast while still getting juicy stuff. Highly recommended.

I was hesitant buying a Tru Infared Grill, but I'm glad I did. Steaks are so juicy when using this grill. No flare up and even heat, what else do you need.

I purchased this grill for my husband for Father's day because it sounded easy to clean. I had not heard of Infrared before but decided to try it and the results have been amazing. My husband has experimented with many different foods and whether grilling meat or vegetables or smoking with mesquite everything has turned out amazing. crisp on the outside and juicy inside. Yes my husband is a great cook but having the right tools is key to success and this grill performs well.

I'm not sure what true infrared is but this doesn't seem like that. This is pretty much a normal gas grill with slotted metal plates to cook your food on instead of grates. Basically it's more like a convection oven, no direct flame on your food. It is only half stainless steel so it will probably not last for more than a few years. The price is in the mid range so it's hard to expect too much. The heat seems pretty even. Good cooks evenly on any side. There is no tray under the burners just the bottom of the grill which leaks in to a basic hanging can. This is not ideal. Every grill should have a stainless steel removable tray but again this is not a top level grill. I have had this grill for a few weeks. It was easy to assemble. Works well. Easy to use. Bought the Hamilton beech grill cover and it fits perfectly. So far. Good grill.

It has no grease flare ups at all , heats up very quickly and cooks the product very balanced

Hesitant to move from Weber charcoal to gas, but no more. Relatively easy assembly. Great flavor. Can't beat time savings vs charcoal.

Easy clean, construction of the product, I give it a 3, but cooking. I GIVE IT A 5!!! NO FLARE UPS!!!

We wanted a grill with infrared technology so we checked with best buy. This is a great purchase so far.

I had been wanting a stainless steel grill for years and I regret waiting so long to get I looked an looked then found just what I wanted at best buy best deal I ever made

I have use this grill a few times now, and I love it! It will not flare up, which was always a problem with other grills that I have owned. The entire grill surface cooks evenly, which is another huge plus. If you like your meats "blackened", you might not like this grill because the flame does not directly touch the meat. The grill is perfect for my type of grillling.

WE HAVE TRULY ENJOYED THIS GRILL. MY HUSBAND SAYS ITS THE BEST HES OWNED!

While not the highest quality grill you can buy, for the price it is more than a good value

The purchase started off on a sour note. There were NO hardware parts included (nuts, bolts, etc.) I can't comment on the grill because I am still waiting on the parts. A great start to our Father's Day celebration!

Grill has infrared heat so dropped juices don't catch fire and burn meat. Works great with chicken. Can still get grill taste without watching constantly for flare-ups.
