Grinder good for cereal grade grain

It did not grind my wheat fine enough to use in breads or cakes even after adjusting to finer setting and grinding multiple times

I did a good job grinding almonds and cashews but it appears to be cast aluminum, not cast iron. I don't mind a bit of extra iron, but not aluminum. Product was from third party and BestBuy let me return it at the store.
