    Worked great the first 4 weeks...then it stopped. It makes ONE cube every 11 minutes and Geek Squad protection didn't help me. I ordered online and after 9 transfers, repeating what happened and verifying my information each time I got disconnected. Long story short..they want me to go to a local store (closest for me is 100 miles) for repair or exchange. These are not available in store..that's why I ordered online. Geek Squad did NOT make good on their promise!!

    What can I say... it makes ice. I like it so far. I guess the true test will be when I see how long it lasts without breaking or giving me problems.
