Based off the Roald Dahl childrens book, This twisted and bizarre remake of the 1971 classic film, and directed by Tim Burton, is extremely poor. A relatively good cast and production team goes to waste here. Stick with the infinitely better 1971 version starring Gene Wilder and titled 'Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory.'

I love Johnny Depp but I did not care for this film. I really enjoyed Willy Wonka much better. The origianal seemed darker in parts and to me was more enjoyable. This film though looks brilliant in HD.
