BB return difficulties

BB need to fix this. I was shipped the spiral tree a second time after returning the incorrect product. Even trying to just get a price difference refund to keep the cheaper tree proved impossible. Returning the Spiral one for full refund.

Wish I Got What I Ordered. The Spiral One Works OK

I got a cheaper model but paid the price of what I thought was a better one. I ordered very near Christmas and got the cheaper spiral one in its place and it worked fine last Christmas.
