I purchased this kettle in order to heat water for my coffee. This kettle works much better than heating water in the microwave. I like the temperature gauge on the front of the kettle. The kettle heats water fast and automatically shuts off when the correct temperature is reach. The only negative commet I have relates to the location of the tab inside the kettle identifying the maximum water level. It is hard to see when filling the kettle. Otherwise, I would recommend this kettle for anyone who needs hot water fast.

This electric kettle was larger than expected (not a criticism, just my first impression) but while there was a marker for the max fill line, I just could not find the minimum fill line. Anyways, it heats up water quickly and seeing the water temp is really cool.

I use this kettle for tea. Perfect o be able to see the temperature before use. And it’s fast. Only caveat is I cannot set a temperature and let it go

I'm impressed with the performance of this product. Sure, it makes some noise while it's working, but that's to be expected from rapidly heating water in a sealed environment. The temperature display is a nice feature; I don't want my water for hot chocolate or soup to be boiling. This kettle will raise a full kettle of tap water to about 170 degrees in approximately two minutes.

I really like the kettle, fast to boil the water and safe to use. It shows the temperature too.

We have a variety of morning beverage drinkers in my house and we all require hot water. We used to use the traditional kettle on the stovetop which is fine. But this is so much more convenient. Warms up water much more quickly and doesn’t require you to monitor it like you would a stove top.

The electric kettle is very fast and works great! My wife packed up the old ones and started using this Chefman - 1.7L Electic Kettle because it’s second to none.

Loved this electric kettle as it heats the water so quickly. It has the digital screen to show the liquid temperature and is fun to see the degree increasing super fast upto the boiling point while using. Very easy and convenient to use for hot liquid.

The Chefman - 1.7L Electric Kettle heats quickly and as it does it gives the temperature of the water all the way up to boiling. The temperature is a nice feature. You can pick up the Kettle when it gets to the temperature you like without having the water boil.

I definitely prefer this to a stovetop tea kettle and can recommend it due to the price but I definitely like my cuisinart model more. This heats up water very quickly, doesn’t heat up room but you’ll need a bottle brush to clean inside and I’m worried the plastic top will break at some point.

First time user for a Electric Kettle. Purchased for use at work primarily for teas and soup. Keeps the water hot when ready to use. Great purchase for the price.

This kettle was in my mind for quite long time but finally it made its entrance to deal of the day for $24.99. Awesome kettle with temperature indicator. Started using this on daily basis.

It heats very fast, cool product but feature of keeping hot was below my expectation. One of the other things that i didn’t like is it reverts back to Fahrenheit after you unplug the power cord.

She's happy = I'm happy and I don't need to burn an additional range burner to use it :-) Works fine and the price was right....can't ask much more

Heats fast and keeps hot for a while. Opening and closing the cover is a little difficult and I can foresee it breaking easily. Stainless/black looks good.

This is one of the best purchases i have ever made. It heats up really fast in a matter of seconds. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I purchased this item and seeing it on the Deal of the Day.....I purchased it for half the price and it works well. It keeps the water hot for tea.
