It cuts effortlessly...I bought the knife originally to cut thru some foam that I used to reupholster my cushion for an older sofa of mine but this electric knife cuts everything with ease.Turkey,ham,bread etc.....Its a great buy...

Purchased during a flash sale. Though it would help cut down time when prepping and cutting chicken, turkey, etc. It works better than anticipated. Wife loves it and uses it whenever she can!

This is a great knife for carving meats. I have used it to carve turkey, beef brisket, corned beef and pork shoulder. I am amazed at how good it works. Very happy with this carving knife!!

Electric knife came in a very attractive plastic case. I used it once and it did a superb job of then slicing a beef roast. Very pleased with this very reasonably priced purchase.

This cuts so smooth. We've been using the same one for twenty years. And it was fine. When this was on daily deals for so cheap I couldn't resist upgrading. Happy I did.

Very sharp knife and does what is should. I’ve only cut bread up to this point and it makes very clean cuts.

I used My Chefman during Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons and loved it. It has the job done so quickly and neatly.

It’s good knife but not best. To cut chicken is ok but not suitable for goat.
