This is a nice waffle maker. I pour in extra batter to make thicker waffles. They come out great this way, almost like a belgian waffle. Very easy cleanup, nothing sticks to it.

I love this waffle maker, on the weekends I’m in and out of the kitchen because it makes more than one at a time.

Actually made some waffle pizza snacks instead of waffles, but it worked great and no dough stuck to it

When I first started using this waffle maker I loved it. The waffles were golden brown and crispy! The problem was that the device only lasted 6 months. I contacted Chefman customer service and they had informed me my model was discontinued. They supplied me with a dual grate model as a replacement instead of the quad that I originally had. If you're looking for an awesome waffle maker that only lasts 6 months look no further!

It takes too long to get the waffles brown. turned up all the way and still had to put in for more time. Do not has enough power, and hard to get waffles evenly brown.

Hard to find a square waffle maker these days! Works great! I cook a bunch and freeze them then just throw them in the toaster!

Do not buy this or any of their products. I purchased their waffle iron. After 6 Months it failed. I contacted customer service. They responded...slowly but responded and guided me in working towards an under warranty replacement. I mailed in everything they asked for, they responded they received it and then they disappeared. Nothing, no customer service. No response. They don't answer their phone or email. Nothing. Never EVER buy this terrible brand or product.

If you like light fluffy waffles it works great for you.

Good waffle maker. Not great. Doesn't cook/crisp the waffles like some other waffle makers.

Works good. Takes about 3-4 min and your waffles are ready

Works like a cheap waffle maker should. I'm happy with it but some people might want a better unit for more money .
