review of Chefman 20L air frier oven

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very flexible with a 1" deep basket and two fine wire mess 0.5" trays in which one can air fry. Have used only the air fry function and it works well, frying french fries and fish crispy brown. Had a 5 qt unit before, and this one of course enables much greater volume of food to be fried. The unit cleans easily, with most removable items dishwasher safe. Overall, this is an excellent unit thus far.

The right countertop oven

Oddly shaped oven

I would not recommend this for most people due to the height. It seems larger than the dimensions shown. I have a lot of cabinet and counter space, but still do not like the clunky appearance of this oven. Most of my counters have cabinets above and this oven can not be used safely underneath the cabinets as its top is too close to the cabinet bottoms. That makes it almost unusable. I will keep it, but I don't recommend it due to its overly large, clunky exterior. Also the metal is very light weight. Mine arrived with a slight dent. I would go with the Cosori if you are set on the air fryer + dehydrator + toaster + oven functions, even if it is a bit more expensive. I will submit another review after I use the dehydrator. Jerky and dehydrated apples/green beans are so expensive when purchased. I hope this function works well.
