My husband and I purchased this during Black Friday. Best purchase ever!!!!! Excellent quality and perfect cost. My only complaint, per say, would be the Removable Drip Tray. We take care of all of our kitchen items. This drip tray, although taken care of (cleaned up), gets dirty (the appearance) easily. It also looks scratched; it won’t ever look the same anymore.

Great product with awful delivery experience

However, if not picked up from the store, I’ve got to warn that the delivery company was a failure. First, they lost the package, which made best buy send another one. Then, they delivered a wrong item at my door that I noticed immediately and make them deliver the correct item before they leave my street.
