Buyers Beware!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hardly submit reviews but I’m on my second airfryer oven by this brand. I am now shopping for a different brand as I am completely done with CHEFMAN. This thing is completely out of control. Shuts off or on randomly. Sometimes it will blink and not take any commands. In the beggining I’d unplug and wait a few minutes but it has been happening so much often now. Nope! Not worth my time (and talk about a huze fire hazzard!!! I always leave it unplugged when I leave the house)

Perfect kitchen companion
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It bakes, it broils, it can convection bake/broil, warm and toast. If you live in a college dorm this is what you want for sure. Package arrived in good shape and the contents were well packaged. Only thing missing is a rotisserie, and this thing is big enough to have one. I feel they could have had an even better product had they added that in. Stainless steal construction, all the inserts except the crumb tray is dishwasher safe which helps when cleaning the toaster over/air fryer. So Far Ive only dont frozen food in this and I must say the food comes out cooked evenly. I cooked a frozen burrito on bake just to try out the baking function and pre-heat was fast and cooking timer was 20 minutes approximately, The burrito was perfect. The next day I threw in a personal size frozen pizza. This time I air fried it for 10 minutes and, cheese was melted, sauce was hot and the crust was crispy. Couldn't ask for a better experience in my opinion. This is my go to for cooking for myself, instead of heating up the house with the big full size oven I use Chefman IQ dual cook air fryer/toaster oven. Comes with baking racks, a broiler tray, a deep air fry basket (for tots or fries maybe), and a shallow air fry tray. The digital read out on the front is nice and large. The whole front is touch, no physical buttons or knobs. The instruction booklet will get you going but there is nothing on proper cooking temps for certain foods which I can easily look up but thought they could have included some information for the most commonly cooked items. I can EASILY recommend this to anyone looking for a combo device. You will need some counter space, enough for the size of a small/medium microwave. So make sure you know you'll have enough room before you buy.

Not everything claimed
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The ad picture and description say you can make a pizza in it. You cannot, unless it is a small personal pan size pizza. The crumb tray was missing when we opened the box. Best Buy was very good about returning it! They get 5 stars, but the oven gets one for false claims.

Compact and Efficient
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There seems to be a neverending list of kitchen gadgets, but this product is one that combines nearing all those that involve heating, cooking, baking, etc. The look of the product is definitely the first thing you notice as being stainless steel it looks much more upscale than the numerous black plastic air fryers you see. The build quality is also excellent as I don`t foresee any issues using the product in the future as it feels to be heavy duty. Though some may complain of the larger size, for the number of products it replaces in the kitchen the size is vastly smaller than those of the other products combined. Also, the inclusion of the numerous racks, basket, and pan is a great touch that allows you to instantly start cooking. The actual function of the product is absolutely great both for larger groups of people and smaller families as currently it is just my wife and I and we find ourselves using this product on a daily basis and no longer even use our traditional oven. We also have friends over on Sundays for football and this product cranks out enough food for everyone fairly quickly as well. We have thrown numerous leftovers and nearly every type of finger food imaginable at this thing and they always come out tasting great in a minimal amount of time. Overall I can`t recommend this product enough as having both the conventional oven and air fryer in one has been great since it takes up minimal counter space yet can handle nearly any food that you throw at it!

Triggered Smoke Detectors - Returned
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Made my smoke detectors go off every time I used it. Really easy for food to get on coils and cause problems from there. Returned for a full refund. Return process was easy.

Great oven with air frying as a bonus
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Chefman Chef IQ 20-Liter Dual Cook Air Fryer Toaster Oven has worked very well on a variety of settings that I have used. It was very quick to get out of the box and onto my kitchen counter. It feels very sturdy, but it is not overly bulky. After reading the quick start guide, I was able to bake some cookies to perfection. I then air fried some french fries, and using the Dual Cook feature I was able to automatically keep the fries warm for 15 minutes after they were done so that it aligned with some items I was grilling. It worked like a charm! I also used to Frozen feature to thaw a frozen bagel to the point that I could slice it, then I put the oven on Toasting and toasted the bagel to the darkness of my liking. With the interior light, I could easily see through the window on the front door of the oven how done the bagel was getting. It was perfect. It reheats leftovers quickly with the warming feature. I enjoyed using the push button interface with the digital readout; it was intutive despite how many features are available. So far, this oven has done everything I have asked it do quite well. I would recommend it for anyone looking for an air fryer or an alternative to using a large oven for cooking items.

Terrible
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Terrible. It literally cooks your food so fast that it burns it before it’s done. Example - cooked a can of biscuits. Usually 10 min or so... in this thing .. it cooked them in 3 min - burned on the outside and not done on the inside.

Efficient, Fast, Just Plain Handy!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While I'm no gourmet chef, I cook my own food often and, important for this review, I'm not at all a fan of microwaves (scary childhood stories). With a little over a week to try the Chefman Chef IQ 20-Liter Dual Cook Air Fryer Toaster Oven, I can say it cooks faster than my current electric range, cooks better due to the convection settings and, according to all research I've seen, is simply more efficient due to its size vs. a normal range. My earlier note about the microwave was because I use my range regularly to reheat leftovers and the Chefman Chef IQ 20-Liter Dual Cook Air Fryer Toaster Oven is absolutely perfect for this given its speed and the fact that it's perfectly dinner plate-sized (i.e. no heating huge oven for one or two plates!) I haven't had a chance to try the air fryer settings yet, but I bought a bag of potatoes yesterday and have every reason to believe, given its success so far, that the air frying will only add to my sense that the Chefman Chef IQ 20-Liter Dual Cook Air Fryer Toaster Oven's efficiency, versatility and speed make it a welcome addition to any well-stocked kitchen!

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Christmas gift for our daughter who lives in another state. Horrible clanking noise when turned on right out of the box. Never used. Nothing in the fan. All packaging was removed. Very disappointed.

Two defective units in a row
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. On first use the fan made a terrible noise and stopped working. Returned and bought another but it didn't turn on the heating element or fan, just the light. Don't see myself buying another chefman product.

Smart IQ Oven
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Our toaster oven died, and we ended up settling with a microwave a year ago. I know, boring! Then everything changed when we received the Chefman IQ 20 Liter Air Fryer Toaster Oven. I am extremely impressed with it's functionality. First impressions out of the box and on the kitchen counter was that It looked intimidating with all it's buttons and fancy stainless steel design. Another thing that I noticed in comparing it with other toasters out there was its door handle and door hinges are made with durability in mind. Our previous toaster did not have that sturdiness about it. During the global pandemic all our children have been self isolating at home, which means more cooking on my part. I had to ensure my culinary skills where at par with the rest of my time management skills, since I instantly became not only their school learning coach, but also their "lunch lady person" LOL. Ok. So the first thing that I was able to make for the kids on this oven was the iconic frozen pizza. Depending on the size of your pizzas, you might be able to put two medium pies in the oven at the same time. I placed two different crust styles in the oven at the same time. One was with a crust that rises and the other was a flat thin bread. Both pizza's baked evenly. First thing I noticed was that neither pizza was hard. Specially the thin crust. It might be due to their automatic IQ setting. I also baked some orange chicken that you get from Costco or Trader Joes frozen section, I had the same results. No hard parts at all. The duo air fryer makes the cooking so easy, heating and distributing the heat evenly. Want to toast bread? This beast takes care of that with sleek LCD display one can choose how dark you want that bread. Pretty accurate settings. Other notable baking moments were baking French fries crispy not hard, frozen burritos evenly heated, using the warm feature for other stove top cuisines to keep things warm. Loved the size of this oven. The heat is contained in the work space. My wife loves to bake. She decided to make the family a Hopia Coconut Topping White Cake. Cake came out moist and delicious. Even baking it during a smoke filled sky in Portland due to fires all around us was not a worry because we got to eat cake while the apartment did not get hot at all. Very happy about not having to spend additional money on gas bills by preheating our big oven. If you are looking for a air fryer that keeps you satisfied, consider the Chefman Chef IQ for all your culinary experiments. It's compact, durable design and it's consistent heating technology makes this a practical day to day use item in your modern kitchen.
