All of my knives at home are highly professional and remain sharp throughout my cooking experiences. This sharpener does just fine and is easy to handle. It makes knife sharpening very easy and without too much effort. Very good product.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have numerous knife sharpeners at home and unfortunately they all failed.When I initially started using Chef'sChoice - Diamond Hone Manual Knife Sharpener- I thought that it is another failure,but I guess it takes few times of consistent usage to get used to it and for the abrasive material to to get a bit smooth,after that the knife blade slides without any effort.All of knives are sharp now.
