This is my third Chi in 12 years. The first one I lost, the second one was a two inch blade for the thickness of my hair. Over time, my hair thinned out so the big blades were pretty much useless. At the time I didn't have the money to spend close $200 (yes that's how much they Used to be), so I bought a cheaper one from Sally's and it never amounted to what a Chi can do for your hair. I finally went back to a Chi (love the color), and people immediately noticed the difference; I've had it two weeks and I constantly get compliments on my hair. It gives you a pretty, controlled look all over. It's hard to miss spots/strands with this one, and with the other straightener I still had frizz. Lastly, a Chi will add shine.

While the cost of this flat iron might be higher than some others, the durability and quality make this an excellent value. If you want cheap, this is not for you. If want quality, consider the CHI - Air Classic Tourmaline Ceramic 1" Flat Iron.

This product is easy to use. I can straighten my hair fast. I like that you can adjust the heat. The color is nice. The price is average for the product but still a little pricey.
