It's very light to hold. It easy & convenient but I feel like it's not powerful or hot enough.

Bought this for my wife as its ceramic and won’t damage her hair. She loved the results althrshe said it takes a while to do her hair with this vs a standard blow dryer

I got tired of my wife's cheap hair dryers blowing up, so I bought this one. She really likes it. The retractable bristles are a great feature as well. The best part is it's easy to keep clean and free of clogs that could cause overheating.

I use this every single day and it hasn't failed me yet. It's also very easy to handle because it's more compact compared to your average hair dryer.

Reasonably powerful blow drier. The pop-out bristles make smoothing hair easy. Compact design is perfect for travel. Wanted to buy several for gifts, but they're sold out.

I knew I liked chi cause my daughter has flat iron that is great. I love this too. It gives my hair nice smooth shine. I have straight hair no problems with brush. Just which i could get a bigger brush to put on for volume

This styling brush works great. Gives my hair a lot of body and holds the style very well. It works great for traveling as the bristles retract into the cylinder. The cord is a nice long length.

Help dries hair quicker and helps hair look fuller and shiny

I was looking to replace a round brush dryer and this option had the features I was looking for. Unfortunately, they did not have it in the store and I had to order it online without really seeing it. The bristles are hard and long enough that it made it hard to manage both with my hand and pushing against my head. With the bristles just being slick plastic, they did not hold my hair either. I liked how the iron retracts the bristles to free my hair from the curl, but in the end, it was just too difficult for me to use without scratching my head and I could not seem to get the results I got with my previous model.

Great piece of equipment from what the wife says. Nice features and a great price!

Good blow dryer. Dries my hair. But if your hair is too course or you don’t pre-brush is before you use this, the attachment will constantly come off after 2 brushes. So, not for people with course hair despite what the packaging says. I shouldn’t have to super glue the brush attachment to my blow dryer.
