Not a good curling iron way too expensive and it doesn't work well, the paint on the iron came off the very first time I used it.

Chi is great for long fine hair and colored hair!!

I was lucky enough to find a larger CHI curling iron on clearance previously, so I took the leap and tried CHI for the first time and I had to get more. CHI products slide through your hair so easily. Your hair does not get caught in them. This one, plus my other CHI curling iron both have adjustable heat settings so I can lower the heat to help save my hair. I would encourage anyone to try CHI products.

It seems well made and my wife likes it but it didn't come with any instructions for the settings. Apparently it has settings like an oven but no reference to the heat settings for particular hair type.

I bought this curler because I had pretty much used and abused my old one. Tried it and I am in love with it. The iron glides through my hair, and I love the bonus heat pad.

This curling iron gets hot and cools off pretty quickly. It is a great size and so easy to use. I haven't used one in years, and they've come a long way!

My wife likes it. She is very particular about hair products and implements. She says this heats even with no issues burning her hair. Auto shut off works great.
