Love this. For years I’ve heard about how Chi is superior to other flat irons and I finally decided to get one. It heats evenly and hair stays straight. And for this price it can’t be beat.

Wonderful!! Just bought a new one.
I got my money worth. I bought this one in 2017 and it lasted me till 2021. Definitely worth it and lasted 4 years!! Never burned out my hair either.

I'd heard so much about chi from other black women I gave it a try, thought I'd treat myself. I wish I'd spent less on an andis flat iron. I had one before and it'was the best. This one just doesn't straighten my natural hair as well. I damaged some of it trying to use to the first time. I now have the hang of it but I don't think anyone should spend a lot of money on something they have to finesse into working properly.
