This Chi hairdryer has a great diffuser attachment. It dries my hair much quicker and I love having three temperature settings. It also weighs less than other hairdryers I’ve had which is a bonus. Very happy with this purchase!

This hairdryer works just fine. Dries my hair very fast. Light weight. Doesn't make my arm tired. Bonus brush is nice to have too.

We have a super ancient hairdryer by mother and I shared and you can guess who's hairdryer it was, hint my mother's. It was back when bobbed flip bangs and lipstick liner was a thing. I can say this old dryer has lasted us 20+ years and no this isnt an exaggeration. It was a Conair Pro Max, sturdy metal of some kind unlike the new flimsy plastic and aluminum hairdryers nowadays, powerful and functional. STILL WORKS btw. Anywho, consider how old it is, I've been looking to renew by buying Conair once again and setting my self up for disappointment. Items are just not crafted as they use to be. I've tried their expensive lines as well and they were more or less the same. Figured if I'm paying that much, might as well try other brands and sure enough this one works. I like that its sturdy, the outline isnt completely plastic and flimsy. The heat is a bit strong and there is no medium setting, that is one downfall. I love the air power, it quicken my drying. Not to heavy, the positioning of buttons on the side does not bother me either. You shouldnt be gripping it above and directly aimed at your scalp. It should be loosely gripped lower with mostly the palm and at a good distance. For more complex hairstyles, the brush is what's mostly moving at odd angles, holding the hairdryer steady up or down doesnt require gripping it as odd angles to cause accidental buttons pushing. Well regardless it works for my needs perfectly, -1 star for the heat power not being more customizable like a medium setting. It's also heat that's very strong.

I purchased this to replace one I've had for a long time. I LOVE Chi products so thought I'd give it a try. Hair dryers have a history of drying your hair & frizzing it up. But not with this Chi!!! Honestly I use my hair dryer even if it's almost dry for the volume. But with this dryer, still have the volume with a smooth look without the frizz & damage :). I always use Chi flat irons which amaze & now I'm hooked on their dryers too. You wouldn't think a dryer rigid make much difference but it really does when it comes to smoothness, damage & volume

My dryer of 5 years recently stopped working and I need to replace it asap! So glad I purchased this one! Its super light, and drys my hair so fast with the amazing temperature settings. Also came with a brush, an additional head and a carry bag!!

I bought this for my wife and she's been very happy. Dries her hair faster than a cheaper old dryer she had. She loves the included accessory for making curls. I like that is doesn't make as much noise as others, paying more for a hair dryer was a smarter choice.

I originally got to use one of these when I was at a resort on vacation and then a few weeks later found it on sale. I knew it had to be mine! It works so much better than the hair dryer from Wal-Mart. I have always had such a hard time drying my hair quickly because it is so thick. In less than 10 minutes my hair is completely dry and feels fantastic. Love how it comes with the carrying bag and heat resistant barrel brush. I accidentally used my friend's regular barrel brush and melted the plastic brush tips. Great value for the product without spending $200-$300 for a nice hair dryer.

This Chi hair dryer is so lightweight and easy. A real change from those heavy, awkward dryers. The rotating heat to cool feature makes my hair smooth and silky. I have thick heavy hair and this dryer is perfect for me.

Hair dryer performs as indicated for product. Attachments fit adequately. Different settings for air flow provided various options. Product is low noise.

This hair dryer is one of the best that I have used. It is a bit pricey so i believe it should last for a long time. The length of the power cord is Long. The air flow and intensity is pretty good. I love this product. 5 stars!

This is probably the first non-Conair dryer I have ever purchased. The last one I bought, the paint flaked off, and you could only get good heat by having air on the highest speed. With this dryer, I really like that I can lower the speed without losing heat. Both heat settings work well, sometimes the higher heat is almost too much. The only thing that could improve it is if the concentrator snapped on rather than just sliding on the end of the dryer.

I like this blow dryer because it dries my hair quickly. I think the price is a little steep, but I was willing to invest given that it would save me time. The switches tend to get in the way when handling it. It'll either change speed or turn off altogether, so handle carefully.

Usually it takes 20 minutes to fully dry my hair. With this dryer, it only takes about 10 at most. It is more quiet than most hair dryers. Definitely recommend.

I can’t believe how great this dryer works!!! It’s not as loud and blows great!!! it doesn’t leave my hair crispy and my hair is full of shine and volume and it’s soft AGAIN!!! Get one and you will love your hair again!

This is a good hairdryer at a really good price plus it cones with some extras. Only wish it had some color options instead of just black.
