Purchased this to replace a Chi I've had for few years. Chi's are very durable & last a long time. My old Chi doesn't have multiple heat settings. Since I'm trying to take batter care of my hair, I thought having variable Temps would be a better option. I could tell the difference the first time I used it. This flat iron has a very smoothing affect. It straightens the first time even though I didn't turn it all the way up on high. It's much better for my hair than my old Chi leaving even the ends smooth. I have fine hair so I don't want to use a flat iron that's going to pull my hair or rip the ends. This is definitely going to be my go to flat iron. I'm not sure how this would work for thick course hair but I'd recommend anyone give this iron a try. My hair was still straight & smooth the next day which is unheard of.

Do you need high heat? Does your iron take forever to heat up? Well invest your dimes on this bad boy.. & not only will your time spent on your hair speed up, but your looks will. Improve as well.. This left my hair straighter then any iron on the market.. Don't take my word for it... Try it yourself! I don't get paid for reviews... I just know the hair struggle is real!

I was skeptical to get this at first because of the price. I was amazed at how straight it got my extremely coarse hair, it gives the impression that I have a relaxer when I don't.

It looks sleek and fancy being digital and shiny. But that’s about it. It did as good a job as a cheaper iron. I have a chi that I got for $65 and worked just as well if not better. Save your money.
