I purchased inexpensive irons in the past and always been disappointed. My hair would burn and break off no matter how careful I was. Since purchasing this iron, my hair looks great, no breakage. It is sleek and shiny.

Nice flat iron but definitely comes with a learning curve. This product is best for straightening rather than putting any wave / bend / curl in your hair at all. Took some getting used to, but works well. Heats up quickly.

I love the chi straightener! I bought one last time and it lasted me about 10 years before I dropped it one to many times and it broke. The heat still worked it was the shell that holds the hot plates that broke so it was time to get this one. It works great also! My hair is very thick and curly and I can have it straight in about 20 minutes!!!
