Love this flat iron, 2nd one I buy the first one lasted about 9 years I loved it so much I had to get the same one. It's digital, turns off automatically so if you forget to turn it off or unplug it turns off after a few minutes. It doesn't damage my hair I use it almost everyday and it's great for curling

I was hoping this Chi iron would be hotter, my hair is unruly but would be great for fine hair. If your would about damaging your hair, get this iron because it will not cause damage.

Even on the highest setting this does not straighten ! I have the Chi DB and this Chi air takes 3X longer just to semi straighten. Don't buy
