Great plug but short cord!

The clocks are of pretty good quality - need a battery for the clock’s operation. My only complaint is that while the neon function looks awesome - it requires a plug in the right space. I don’t think the cord is long enough - the clock (if placed about 6-7’ off the ground) has to be directly over a plug for the length of the cord to work. Otherwise really happy with this purchase!

CAPS clock

I was very excited when I pulled this out of the box. It looks great. When I put it up to use it is when I got disappointed. This is a clock and the main purpose of this item, however you can’t see the hands on the face of the clock. The hands on the clock are black and the face of the clock is dark blue so they can’t be seen very well not even when the light around the clock is on. I love the Washington Capitals and therefore think the clock is gorgeous just wish someone had the foresight to look at the final product and noticed it’s not a useful item. The hands need to be updated to white ones.

Buyer Beware

I just received my replacement and although it does run, the second hand gets stuck on the hour hand and doesn't move. I don't know where this product is being manufactured but it is DEFINITELY cheaply made for the amount of money they are charging for this product. I have NEVER had any problems with BB merchandise/orders but this one has DEFINITELY disappointed me! Now I have to be inconvenienced again to return the same product!

MAJOR Failure in design

The clock hands are also off, at say 3:00 the small hand is quite a bit past the 3.....I do not see any way to adjust this without taking the clock apart. No the dial on the back adjusts the Time, not if the hands are off, which is quite likely to happen in shipping
