I started watching the show on TV and I liked it so I bought DVD season one to catch up in sequential order.

Chicago's Finest... not really. This show has it all.. Action... adventure... romance... bromance... you name it. The episode stories are always interesting and it's fun watching "crooked" cops catch the bad guy. They tie the entire series together with an on-going story arc, and each character has their own story, as well. I also watch Chicago Fire, and I always wonder which character is going to cross over to the other show during the episode I am watching. They don't do it all the time, which keeps it interesting whenever you see one.

Chicago PD is a spin off from Police introduced from Season 1 of Chicago Fire. Chicago PD's task force is led by a crooked Sergeant, John Voight. This bad cop with good intentions most of the time leads his own hand picked elite force of good cops that together as a team make one hell of a force to be reckoned with. It shows the fine line that police walk and even have to sometimes cross to get the bad criminals off the street. Amidst a bunch of cop shows on TV, I believe this is one that is here to stay for a long time. Good twists and turns in the plot of the episodes keep this show intriguing to the very end. After watching every episode last year on T.V, I was quick to purchase the 1st season of Chicago P.D. for my own collection.

Great starting point for a show that is in his fourth season you won't be disappointed with it great stories and characters and like the fact that any crossover episodes are included so you don't have to pick up other serious it's just to watch and continue the storyline you won't be disappointed

This is my show love it one day i came home and my daughter was watching it on channel 13 old show i told her she need 2 see it from the beginning so i order the first season so she can see it now I'm getting ready 2 order season 2

As stated before, Love, love Chicago PD. Glad I was able to find older episodes at Best Buy reasonable priced. Curbside pickup during pandemic was the best. No problems.

This is my favorite Police show since the Shield! Tough heroes taking criminals off the streets, sometimes permanently! Great episodes, especially the crossover episodes with Chicago Fire and Law and Order SVU.

Chicago PD and Chicago Fire are two terrific shows which cross-over occasionally with their story lines. Chicago PD is a really exciting and interesting show. If you want to be intrigued, watch it every week!

This is one of the best TV Drama series on the current schedule. I bought this DVD so I could see the entire first season, since I started watching it in the second season. Great cast, great story line.

If you like action packed shows, this is a must see. It follows the Chicago Police Department, and not only does it have good action, but it also has good story lines and great characters.

Hank Voight is my favorite character in this series. His loyalty to his team is truly refreshing. I know is just a TV show be its very entertaining.

Such a cool show with great action scenes and writing. It could be a stand alone series all on its own, but is that much better with the crossover cast of Chicago Fire. see this!

If you watch Chicago Fire, you already know some of the characters. Its a good spin off and I like how they combine the shows with the characters sometimes showing up in each.

Love this show!! I am so glad I can get these from Best Buy!! The price wasn’t high either.
