    I ordered this air conditioner online. It came damaged so I brought it to the local store and they ordered me a new one. No issues. Second air conditioner came with no issues. Installed and now I'm happy and cool.

    Worked great in the beginning then about 6 months or so in it started to make a loud screeching noise when running. No idea on how to resolve .
