I have had the demos for years, hoping one day Axl would think the material is ready. No more than half my life I have waited and now, Nov 23rd...The world will have no choice but to deal with it. I actually have the full album already, and its great. Everyone should get ready to bow to the master. Track 10, Sorry, is a huge favorite already. Very low key blues/rock song. No digital samples and great guitar work. Any Guns Fans, search the net if you want to hear them now and can't wait until next Sunday.

No. I have not heard the completed album, BUT this is an album of historic proportions. This album is mythical and may have never seen the light of day. Any hard rock fan owes it to themselves to buy this album. The songs that have been released (Shackler's Revenge and If the World) are an excellent taste of what is to come from Axl and company. And live performances of new songs like Better, IRS, Madagascar and The Blues were phenomenal. I cannot wait until November 25th!!! Welcome back Guns N Roses!!

Guns N' Roses has been working on this for 14 years.axl has spent about $14 million making it so i guess $1 million per song. anywho i belive that this will be the best album in rock history. i myself have heard 6 of the songs which were all beutifully done. if you like music than you have to buy this CD. and for all of the people who said that Chinese Democracy isnt GUNna be good knows nothing about music. i just cant wait till the 23, or my free Dr. pepper. the fans know what im talking about.

I have been a Guns an Roses fan my entire life. I have been waiting for this album for more than half of my life, and it was worth it. I dont think that we need the old band members to have a great c.d., that would be a bonus but not really needed. I seen them in concert in November of 2006 and it was awesome!!!! I cant wait to go buy this c.d. and end my years of anticipation!!!! The songs I have heard are awesome and Im sure they will be number one on the charts!!!!

I've heard most of the songs on the record. It is am amazing record. Period. Yes, it's taken over a decade for it to be put out; yes, it is different than Appetite for Destruction and that is a good thing because this is 2008! This album is going to bring rock back where it should be. Let me tell you all, this record puts Axl Rose/GN'R light years ahead from ANY of the "best" bands that are out now. Guranteed. Listen to it like it's 2008, and you'll agree with me.

I attended a GNR concert two years ago when they came to NC, so I got the chance to hear many of the songs on this CD. If you're looking for another Appetite for Destruction you won't find it here. Some of the songs on this CD reminded me more of the Use Your Illusion sound. This is by far the most anticipated album ever. Axl is a perfectionist....if this is to be finally released you better believe its gonna be amazing! This is a MUST BUY!!!

Chinese Democracy = The greatest (and only) true solid rock album in the last 15 years or so. Not the poppy Nickelback garbage, not your commercialized Spears. No, Axl Rose and a genuine solid band that blow you away even on the original tunes - and prove themselves genuine rockers in their own right on this album. Buy it! Don't be a biased stuck in the 80's degenerate. The old band is gone, this is the new era GNR. Accept it or leave it.

Well its is hard to review a product that is not out yet, but from the demos it seem pretty good. While this will not be another Appetite for Destruction it should be fairly decent. I am glad Axl finally got his act togther and that Doctor Pepper should go fine with the first track. This will be the first GNR materal with out Slash or the other classic members. Maybe this will help the world move on and mend some of the bad relationships.

Guns N roses is back! and for everyone who says it's "just axl" is completely wrong. this is a great lineup with bummblefoot and dizzy and frank and the whole crew making kick*** music!.and the new lineup never tried to copy or immitate the old lineup, this is just great music!! everybody has to go out and buy the album, the single is awsome and the rest of the songs i heard are like your back in the late 80's agein! 5 stars!!! 11.23.08

good album, even though it's not appetite. it's a bit more in the vein of use your illusion, but with a newer digi flavor.

If you are reading the reviews trying to decide if you should by this album or not. I say - PLEASE try it! It is really worth the money IMHO. Some bands put out albums that have one or MAYBE two good songs. The majority of the songs on this album are really, really, good. This music is masterful - and Axl's voice fits this perfectly. Axl has produced some of the best music I have heard in a really long time.

Don't own it yet, but from the leaks I have heard in the past, I'm sure this will be an amazing cd. I love what I've heard so far, and those are only demo's. I don't think any cd has ever been this anticipated ever. I don't think it will live up to the hype of waiting so long, but I don't think anyone will care. I'm not going to spend the night at best buy, but I will be standing in line when they open

I have been waiting for this album for a long time and it doesn't disappoint. My two favorite songs are There Was A Time and Pr0stitute...I could do without This I Love. The rest of the album sounds great, Axl can still howl. Maybe him, Slash, Duff and Izzy can all makeup before the next album, doubt it, but maybe. This album is definitely worth the money, they don't make rock music like this anymore.

I have been a fan since 1987 and have been waiting for this for 15 years. It will be epic, great, and well worth the wait. I have listened to all of the demo leaks and I and many others believe this will rock the charts!!! Come on people, stop bashing this album before it's even out. So what if it's not the old Guns and Roses! You need to get over it! Axl is a very talented man. This album is going to be awesome. I have heard most of the tracks and they are great. At least wait and buy the album before bashing it. Also, if you don't like Axl Rose, don't comment or bother to buy the album!!

Come on, people! I know it is not the old GNR, but there are some aweome songs in this album! Axl's very talented and a great songwriter. I barely can wait to have it :) I.R.S. and This I Love are my favs! Streets of Dreams are so beautiful and deep. It could easily be a new November Rain... :) Stop comparing the new band with the original one, just enjoy the music!

If u heard the leak, its not that bad, it really good, and reminds me about the old days how rock n roll should be not stupid rock/pop materials, but this is one of historical albums to come out, its a must buy not just for any GNR fans but if you miss the old rock music, this gives that taste and memory how it all use to be, before garage music plays on the radio.

This is a masterpiece of musical perfection. After all this waiting, after all this time, you can see why it took over a decade and 13 millions dollars to make it. It can attract, the young, old and all inbetween. It is Epic. It is Grand. It has the power of Appetite for Destruction and the Grandness of the Illusions all in one. And then something more added to it.
