Chowder in its Original Widescreen format!

Chowder, quite frankly, is one of the most witty and hilariously good shows CN has to offer. The animation isn't half bad, the backgrounds are rich, and the voice cast does such a great job, you can't imagine hearing any other voices. I was surprised to find out that Warner Home Video decided to preserve the show in it's original 16:9 (approximately 1.75:1 - 1.85:1) Widescreen format, and I'm extremely glad they did. The detail shines brighter than it does on standard television, allowing the viewers to fully enjoy the film-style the show so cleverly dishes out (no pun intended) in this format.
The episodes include are:
• The Thrice Cream Man & The Flibber, Flabber, Diet
• The Froggy Apple Crumble Thumpkin & Chowder's Girlfriend
• Mahjongg Night & Stinky Love
• The Sing Beans & Certifrycation Class
• Grubble Gum & The Cinnamini Monster
Anybody who's a fan of Chowder should definitely pick up this release. I'm pretty sure "Complete-Season" releases are planned for the show when the time is appropriate, but for now, enjoy these Volume editions. All in all:
Picture Format: A+
Sound: A
Episodes Included: A+
