Older film so it's not too scary. Very entertaining even though I generally like fun movies. Focus was on the story and not so much death and doom. Try it, you'll like it.

As far as Stephen King adaptations go, “Christine” is neither the best nor the worst. Director John Carpenter is mostly successful at bringing this sinister car to life. The performances are decent for the most part and the effects hold up in this cult horror classic.

I love horror movies, especially good classic horror movies!!! This came out the same year i was born so i also got this as a birthday gift to myself lol.

This review is for the 4K Steelbook version of Christine. I won't review the actual movie except to say that since I purchased it, the movie must be pretty entertaining, which it is. Instead, I will focus on the product itself. I have ordered many steelbooks from Best Buy and have always had positive experiences, both with the actual item as well as Best Buy's ordering process. This time was no different. The steelbook arrived as scheduled and the packaging was undamaged. The steelbook itself was undented, with no scratches or scuffs. Being a collector of steelbooks, this is very important to me. Also, the artwork on the outer cover of the steelbook is really cool. As for the 4K transfer of the film, aside from a few scenes of natural graininess, this is a very crisp and vibrant transfer. Definitely a step up from the regular bluray version. I would highly recommend this 4K version of Christine.

Christine has never looked or sounded better! The picture quality is top notch! The 7.1 surround sound is loud! You can feel the rev of Christine’s engine!

She’s never looked better. This retains the entertaining commentary track of the DVD and is worth the BluRay upgrade; only wish it had an isolated score track.

This was my favorite movie when I was a kid. I like the steel book and I like how it’s been redone to 4K. Everything looks great and terrifying as it should.

Love this movie so much, had to rebuy on 4k, happened to be cheaper for steelbook so I was more than happy to buy, have a soft spot for the steelbooks

Watch the first driver less car in this movie. Mess with it and see what happens to you. Very good scary movie. Don't even think of steeling this car.

Great movie. Thriller not recommended for children ir preteens. It would be like watching Jaws as a child back then and not wanting to go swimming :)

As a John Carpenter fan, I was excited to see this come to 4K. Disc looks and sounds amazing. Worth the upgrade for hardcore fans over the bluray.

What can I say.. its Christine.. this is how a horror genre movie can be great without cgi. Great to watch it again in the best resolution possible.

Got this in the 4K steelbook and would definitely recommend to get it if you haven't already, as with any Stephen King adaptation, it's great.

This was a solid buy, and was on sale to boot. This is one of my favourite movies, and to see an exclusive release for such a price made me happy.

This is a great old movie to watch, however the remastering to 4K was not fantastic especially in the low light scenes. 5 star movie content and 3 star quality , my oppo Blu-ray player almost did as good of a job of upscaling the original dvd movie

I was really happy to finally upgrade my dvd copy to a blu ray version. I recommend this movie to anyone who enjoys John Carpenter movies.

A classic movie which has been given a nice 4K treatment - I picked this up on promo just before the holidays and couldn't be happier with it.

The story is easy to follow and the movie is just a classic. This movie has for ever changed my view on old cars. Definitely worth a watch.

One of the better King novel adaptations, I got this because I enjoyed the movie many years ago and it included a digital copy.

This is classic 80s horror at its best. Stephen King and John Carpenter crafted a spooky and entertaining horror that anyone can enjoy.
