The movie is true to life and has many very funny scenes. I’ve watched it on television many times during the holiday season. I didn’t want to be network dependent, so I purchased my own! My family also gets a good chuckle out of it

Actually i hate this movie, i always have. But still its a must have gota watch during christmas kinda movie. Good price good condition no complaints from me. I dont reccomend the movie cause it sucks but if your gona buy it then sure ya i reccomend it.

It's been a while since I watched it but I remember liking the film. Has great and funny humor. "You'll shoot your eye out, kid."

This Christmas classic never gets old. Though with the old-ish picture quality (for stylistic reasons), perhaps this Blu-Ray wasn't a necessary upgrade from my previous DVD. But we'll get plenty of mileage out of it.

Purchased this movie and I remembered watching this several years ago and it's still enjoyable today. Great actors, great entertainment, and an all around enjoyable movie.

I scooped this up for my holiday collection, even though it's played 24 hours straight every year. I'm pretty sure it speaks for itself: CLASSIC

This film grows on me more every year. I had to make the upgrade from DVD to BD. While the print isn't cleaned up or restored, it still looks better than the DVD release.

I'm glad I purchased one of the most iconic Christmas movies in American history. The blu-ray dvd quality is amazing. Completely remastered with excellent sound enhanced.

Can't go wrong with this classic! Great story for the whole family to enjoy together. And when I found it on sale for $8, it was a no-brainer....you gotta have this in your movie collection. One of the must-haves for Christmas.

This is a classic must watch Christmas movie. I laugh every time I watch it. It's often broadcast on television during the holidays, but it's nice to have a copy on Blu-ray. It's a must see movie every year.

Love "A Christmas Story" and I love steelbooks. I was very happy when I found this movie in a steelbook. I was little disappointed when I found that other copies came with a UV code and Best Buy wasn't selling this with the UV code.

A Christmas Story is a timeless classic. Do yourself a favor, pick a copy and sit around the living room with the kids. Fun for all ages.

what is christmas without a 24 hour marathon of this holiday movie. nice to have a blu ray copy so i do not have to watch all those commercials. you'll shoot your eye out

A must have for any DVD Christmas movie collection. It brings back so many memories of when I was a kid that I watch it over and over again. It is also a good movie to watch in the middle of summer when it is hot and humid outside.

You can never go wrong with a story like this. Eeveryone at some point in their life has been in this situation, and this story, "A Christmas Story", is definitley the movie that takes me back to my own childhood memories during the Holiday Season.
