This release comes with almost all of Nolan's released films that have been re-scanned in to 4K, not up-scaled in to 'fake' 4K like many releases are doing these days. The package itself comes in 3 distinct large cases - 4K movies, bluray movies, and Special Features discs. Each fit in to the slip case you see in the picture for this item. So, you can easily keep the slip case on your shelf while pulling out the 4K movies to have easy access to. With the 4K release we also are getting the original theatrical audio mix which will push your soundbar to the limits. I'm using a mid-range soundbar and thought Interstellar was going to break it due to how incredible the audio mix was. If you have even a low end sound bar - you're in for a treat as these movies sound spectacular on top of looking the best they ever have. If you have a 4K setup and love Nolan flicks, this is a great purchase. If you have a 4K setup and are just looking for real 4K movies to watch, this is a great purchase. Hands down this has been one of the best 4K releases so far when you take the audio mix in to the rating besides the pure visual aspect.

Let me say this first and foremost. If I had the opportunity to purchase this set again, I would. However, in this day and age where the digital side and maintaining digital libraries has become the norm, the powers to be decided to omit the digital codes for all of these movies for reasons unknown, and if you think that doesn't mean anything, then look at the secondary market for digital codes and you can quickly see it does matter. A great set with a bit of the sparkle removed due to some bean counter somewhere in the stream figured xxx amount of dollars could be saved (or earned) by not including the codes in this set at a time when "everyone else" has determined the digital codes are part of the premium price we are all paying for 4K movies. While I said at the beginning of this post that I would buy this set again, one thing I will not do is buy any more 4K movies that do not include the digital codes.

These movies are all great and I’m glad they are available on 4K!! Must buy!!
