I missed this in theaters because I was sick but picked up the blu ray and I wished I hadn't missed it on the big screen. Such a cute fun movie from Disney. Very glad I purchased it, a lot of special features and the movie looks extra sharp on blu ray

Technically, the casting is top notch, and the directory and producer must have been good friends that showed in the film's continuity. The result is a heart warming presentation. It should have had much more attention that it received.

I love that the film is very much in keeping with the books. It is easy to imagine that it had been a part of the original story all along. My mother in law grew up with the Winnie the Pooh books and enjoyed this movie very much.

My wife and kids have a major soft spot for Winnie-the-Pooh, and I'll admit that I find him pretty charming as well. This is a film with a lot of heart, and while I wasn't sure how well the characters would work outside of a traditional animation style, I'm happy to say my worries were unfounded. This film earns its place alongside the classic (and contemporary) Pooh movies.

When there's trouble in life, just remenber to take count of what really matters in life -- this message is clearly the pinnacle of the movie. Really, well done and enjoyable to watch, though predictable at times.

I found this movie very enjoyable. It deals with Christopher Robin as an adult and how he comes to deal with his old friends Pooh, Tigger and the others who are part of Pooh's world. It also deals with how, as an adult, we tend to forget how to be able to recapture something of our childhood without losing our footing as an adult. Highly recommendable.

Its a family movie about Christopher Robin, who has grown up and forgotten the magic of childhood. Winnie the Pooh and friends rescue him. I can watch the digital copy on my Google YouTube account.

This movie was exactly what I was hoping it to be . Pooh and all the others seem so lifelike and I was able to suspend disbelief. This isn’t for kids- it’s for us older folk a who love all these characters

My children grew up loving Winnie the Pooh, so when this movie came out, we all had to see it. The film did not disappoint! Now that we have our own copy, we can enjoy it whenever we like.

Looking for a good wholesome movie that the whole family can watch, this is it. Watched it with my parents who are in their seventies and my nieces and nephews who are 5 to 12 in age and all enjoyed it.

Pooh and friends are just as lovable in this CGI live action sequel. The voices for the animals are great and Ewan McGregor always impresses. The film is a Hook-esque take on Christopher Robin’s growth into adulthood and what happens when his past comes crashing back in to meet him. My only complaint was the lack of a 4K version.

So Much to Love About This Movie

Ewan McGregor is excellent as Christopher Robin who has grown up--he plays childlike playful innocence and the adult office worker who has become too serious equally well. McGregor is an actor who can do it all. I don't know how the Disney team did the special effects for this movie and got the stuffed animal toys to move and sound as if they were real live characters, but they did it quite well and it's all part of the Disney magic. Christopher Robin is for children but the excellent screenplay has also been written for adults--with heartfelt messages for real people who live in the real world. The movie is subtle, warm, engaging, and quite funny. I love all the characters in Christopher Robin (except for the heffalump boss who is a real stick-in-the-mud). I won't give away the plot. What I really want is to become part of the Christopher Robin world with Winnie-the-Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, Eeyore, and all the rest. It is a safe world where problems are always solved creatively and happy endings are guaranteed. The story is warm and fuzzy and filled with love--set in 1940s England with great period details.
