    Like "G.I.Joe: The Rise of Cobra", "Retaliation" is a fun action romp in the spirit of the classic '80s comic and cartoon series. Having grown up with G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, I appreciate the over-the-top plot and tech of the movies. Newcomers to the series may not understand it, but longtime fans will get it. I only wish Destro were in this one. The story didn't flow easily, but it kept me smiling like a 12 year old, so I didn't much care!

    The cinema now digital copy of this movie is extremely convenient and portable. After a relatively quick download to your tablet or laptop and you can watch any time, any where. Video quality is comparable to iTunes.

    The movie has a lot of action, but the extended cut doesn't add much to the film. The digital version is theatrical cut only.
