What a great film!! One cannot go wrong with Johnny Depp and Forest Whitaker as the leads, as well as an excellent supporting cast. Chris' mother plays herself in a scene opposite Depp in a coffee shop. The film gives us a glimpse into the truth behind the murders of Notorious B.I.G. (Chris Wallace) and Tupac Shakur. Knowing what we do about the scandal-ridden Rampart division of the L.A.P.D, this is a very plausible account of what may have happened to Notorious B.I.G. It is unfortunate that both these talented young men were killed and that nobody has been held accountable for their deaths.

Forrest Whitaker and Johnny Depp are awesome. Who knew the conspiracy was that deep. I know Hollywood sensationalizes alot but behind every lie there is truth. The movie is top notch. It also left more questions than answers which is what any great conspiracy should do. The writing and cinematography are on point. And the soundtrack is excellent. Way to go. It's always sad when you believe in something so much that you sacrifice everything for your beliefs. But we must dare to be great and strive to do the right thing especially when no one is looking.

I love this movie, emotional, thrilling, exciting and at the same time painful. The truth should be told. Johnny Depp’s performance was superb, amazing as always. Forest Whitaker too, nailed it. Both actors brought life to the characters they portrayed. The best movie to watch these days.

This one has been on the shelf forever, not sure why unless it is considered controversial for its hypothesis about Biggie's killer. Good actors, good story, good movie.

This is a movie that we have not seen and we were delighted when I was able to purchase it from BestBuy at a good price so my wife and I can watch it anytime we want.
