I've owned several different keyboard folios; this one is head and shoulders above others. In fact this is my second keyboard since September; the first one broke after couple months. The clam case is so versatile, and highly functional. I enjoy it!

I purchased this for my new iPad Air 2. I previously had a Zagg, and one of the hinges started binding up within several months. I read the reviews and thought the durability and look would be worth the extra money. I hated the three limited angles available, and most of my chargers would not fit into the very tiny slot in the case. It seemed a bit clunky to me, especially for the price.

I purchased the case and within three weeks, the charge light came on and would not go off, even after charging. Returned to Best Buy and receive a new one. Only problem, I was charge extra because the case price went up. I had extended warranty and thought the case should have been replaced free of charge, even though the price of the new one went up. I have used this one for a few weeks now and it seems to be working great.

I like this clam case. I like. The fact it starts up as soon as you open it, it keeps. The. IPAD very thin. I also like the. Fact it can stand. 2 ways and also be used flat.

offers the ability to use iPad with keyboard or bend back to utilize just as tablet. Nice case but hard to bend back, was initially worried I would break it.

After purchasing a new iPad air, I wanted to make sure that it was protected. The clamshell was perfect for protection and functionality for my use.

It gets the job done and has lasted more than a month so far! My last case which was a Zagg, broke after 1 month.

Great key layout and the case looks great too. Almost seems so well put together that Apple could have made it...but they didn't.

I love my clam case for my iPad. Converts it into a netbook and is wonderful taking it to school instead of my heavy laptop

This case is durable, connects as soon as you need it to, depending on the case's position. Just make sure it's charged.

I love this! Having a physical keyboard is great and the case seems pretty sturdy. I like the fact that I can rotate it 360 degrees. It's great to be able to sit it up and not have to hold it if I want to watch a show or movie. It does feel top heavy sometimes so just be aware so you don't put it on a weak or narrow surface unless you want it to fall. The only complaints I have are sometimes Bluetooth lags and the keys aren't backlit. Bluetooth could be the iPad honestly. Sometimes it doesn't connect, sometimes it's like it goes into standby mode and you have to wait for it to catch up. The backlit thing isn't their fault. I knew it didn't have backlit keys when I bought it. It's not a big deal but they are nice. Battery life is really good and for someone with big, wide hands the keyboard doesn't feel all that cramped, though I doubt you'd want to type on this for hours.

Fantastic hard sturdy design. Buy this one first, don't waste your time on the other cheaper cases.

Good sturdy case. It protects the ipad very in the event of it being dropped.

At first I was hesitant when I opened the package, but once I started using the case it grew on me. I was a fan of the keyboard design as it mimiced the metal look of the Macbook Pro line, but the plastic outer shell threw me off. The part that holds the actual iPad is plastic and feels a bit more secure than its first impression. I've used the case every day and it holds up pretty well, we will see over the years.

Hands down the best quality keyboard. Love the flexibility of the stand.

Clam cases are sleek polycarbonate and aluminum cases that give a high end appearance to your iPad. The only problem is that they are relatively expensive and the engineering is not there yet. I am on my fourth case and the same issues keep on happening. Mainly the polycarbonate and aluminum separate rather easily and renders the whole case unusable at times. Not sure if this flaw can be fixed sufficiently to prevent this from happening.

Easy to insert iPad and easy to use. Keyboard works well and battery life is great!
