Getting the photos the correct size is more challenging than I thought it would be. Programming was easy once I made a cheat sheet. Every action gets separate line and with huge print. Also colored button PROG the program button orange. To help if they need to change a phone number and I am not there.

I got this landline phone for my 94 year old mother who is in lockdown in a nursing facility. I programmed the numbers she needs in it and the nursing staff showed her how to use it. She called me yesterday, it’s the first time she has shown any interest in a telephone in more than 3 years. She could hear me and because all she had to do was push the button with my name on it there was no confusion about the 10 digit number. She is now reconnected with family and can talk to us when she wants to instead of waiting for us to get there to talk through glass door. Great phone!

Easy to program and being able to use pictures is great. Sound is excellent. Howe ver, wish it were not as light weight as it is...any slight pull and it moves. Good phone for the money.

Purchased it for an elderly person. While in general it worked well, the programmable buttons (making it easier for them to make calls) never worked. I thought of returning it and asking for another one. It would take too long and I would risk other parts of the phone not working.
Instead, I attached a piece of paper to the pictured square area, with the necessary numbers. This was a decent solution to the problem.
Otherwise the person liked the phone.

Bought this phone for my mother. The phone has a loud ringer and a light that flashes when the phone is ringing. Volume can be adjusted for the handset.
This phone does not have a speaker. Only handset use.

I bought the Clarity P300 Amplified Corded Photo Phone as a recommendation from a friend in an assisted living facility. I bought it as a gift for my father-in-law who has hearing loss, difficulty seeing and dementia. This is the perfect solution! The buttons are LARGE! The photo buttons take a bit of time and patience to get the pictures to the right size. However, the results make it worthwhile. He can now connect with family and friends, and he only has to touch their face. The notification light at the bottom of the phone and the amplified ringer gets his attention. When he answers the phone, I no longer hear him say "Hugh?", "What?" and "I can't hear you!"

When I removed the sample photos for the speed dials--there was writing underneath! Did not say refurbished...obviously a return. The set-up was easy but the boost button is confusing to my 87-year- old mother. She won't use it, which is not a big problem because it's not worth much. Her old OLD phone that worked great finally gave up and I needed something right away--no time to do a thorough job of shopping. Will probably replace when I do have time.

The phone is nice and would serve its purpose for most people; however, to use a memory button, you need to push down in the middle of the button and there is also a slight resistant. While this sounds like a very minor detail, it has proven the memory buttons to be ineffective for the person this phone was purchased for.

I purchased this phone for my 90 year old mother in law. She is hard of hearing. Both she and my wife were getting aggravated by speaking loud and still not being able to hear. She loves her new amplified phone.

Simple to add names, phone numbers. Speaker volume is eaily adjusted. Flashing red light indicating incoming call is helpful. Would like a longer cord for the handset.

Very good for my father. He is able to hear the conversation with ease. However the only thing if he pulls the phone from the ear there is an echo.

Bought it for my father. It is better than a normal phone, but not as good as a similar model from a different company from 20+ years ago.

We bought this for our 11 year old that stays at home after school. It is very easy for him to use. It is also easy for our 5 and 2 year olds. Insert a picture of the family members they may need to call and all they have to do is push the face to call them.

The cord from the phone base to mouth piece, I got the cord in but I wanted to put a longer cord on and I can not remove the cord.
For that reason I am not very happy with it.
