This phone amplifies incoming voice some, but only to about 25% louder. The volume control starts out increasing volume, but only through about the first 25% of the range then no further increase in volume can be detected throughout the remaining range.

Good phone for my grandparents. Helps them see the numbers better and good amplified sound.

I purchased this phone for my mother, which is hard of hearing

This item is defective - the cord does not fit properly into the headset and causes a significant amount of static.

Wrong name "Clarity. The phone is nothing, but statics and I did not see that it does not record messages.

No matter how we made adjustments couldn’t hear over the humming. Sent back and been waiting for the refund

This phone was fabulous for the first few months. Then it started having a lot of crackling noise so badly that you couldn’t hear the other person. Now less than a year later it only allows incoming calls, won’t dial out.

My spouse bought this thinking it would be another extension without realizing it is not compatible with our existing landline system. The salesman failed to recognize this. He should not have let her buy it. I returned it to the store shortly after xmas.

Bought this for my mom but had to return. There was a tin sound when talking and was annoying. Mom did like the ability to insert pictures and press a single button to make a call.

Quit working in less than 2 months and it is not returnable

I bought this phone for my 97 year old grandmother and boy am I glad I did. She was able to call the family members with out any trouble of remembering any phone numbers or losing her list but when she fell and was found by her pastor he went to that phone and was able call family without having to worry about what the phone numbers were. He was just able to hit the picture (in my grandmothers words, punch us in the face, ha ha) and get a hold of us. I am very thankful that a phone was created for someone like her. The cost of this phone was a great deal as well.

I wish I had been able to see the device before ordering it. I wanted a phone with a speaker phone and caller ID. I will gift it to someone for the holidays. I ended up purchasing a Krown Starplus-45 for the same price that had what i needed.
