For the price I expected much more, I use it everyday mainly because I already bought it but if I had to buy it again I would not. It keeps the food barely warm, I would say just a little over room temperature, and just in case you might be wondering i work indoors so temperature is never below 60 or above 80, I just don't like using the microwave at work, but if I had to work outdoor I don't think this item would work in NY winter or any other place with cold winter's. I would advise anyone to look at a different item this one is just not worth it, maybe if you where to be paying under 20 dollars then yeah otherwise do yourself a favor and stay away.

This was exactly what I was needing. Was also happily surprised to see a bento box for buy on the market place with best buy! I bought another one after as my boy friend also loved mine!
