This item was incomplete and difficult to assemble. Had to order a 2nd stand and Best Buy expected me to pay for it in lieu of swapping it out. I had to speak to four employees before i got what i needed and then the item was still missing the doors. I finally had to contact the manufacturer directly. I did not appreciate the bad customer service from Best Buy.

It was easy to put together I was able to do it too

My box was left on my door step with damage to the corner. This translated to easy damage to the top of the stand. The durability is what you would expect from low-grade particle board construction with a laminated veneer. I was missing some hardware so I used their website to order replacements. They also sent two of the same leg (each one is different). At least the website made it easy to order replacements. They use ground shipping for replacement parts so it took about a week to get my parts. When the replacement leg finally arrived, they sent the wrong piece. I now have THREE of the same leg. I sent an email asking for the part to be shipped overnight since they messed up again. No response to the email, just a form letter confirmation that the part was being shipped which arrived a week later. At least it was the right one this time.

I love this stand, but its was more trouble than it's worth. Ordering the stand was easy but putting it together was a pain. I had to make several phone calls to South Shore to request replacement parts. One of legs were broken, I was missing several screws for both the drawer and cabinets. When I had to make my phone call, the rep told me they normally added extras! After all was said and done, like I said I love my stand but wish it hadn't caused such a headache!!

Good buy. I sent it as present and they love it. Loved that is held a flat screen 32 inch with no problems and looks good as a piece of furniture too.
