Bought an Alta wristband for Fitbit. First purchase was online generic. Looked fine but skin broke out in rash. Was able to return for refund. Paid more for the brand name wrist strap and have had no issues. Ordered online for store pickup at Best Buy near me. Item came into store on estimated date.

The band breaks too easy. Replacement cost was high considering the original band broke.

My Fitbit came with an annoying wristband feature that required some dexterity and hand strength on my part to put it on my wrist. I actually had to go online to see how to do that. So I was delighted to see that this band had the more familiar buckle fastener. Keep it simple!

Gee we put the band on the fit bit and it worked. It was easy to install.

Bought it as a gift, but the Fitbit Alta HR was not available with a preferred wrist band color. Luckily a variety of colors were available for separate wristbands. Now the giftee has two color options!

This was a replacement band for the one I broke while moving furniture and boxes. It is exactly like the one I damaged so just what I expected. It was s little pricier than what I thought I would pay.

Love my Fitbit, but bands easily break or tear after some use. The Fitbit replacements are great, just wished they were available in more colors and textures and lesser priced.

The band on my Fitbit broke and I walked into Best Buy to find a new one that was not expensive but reasonable. The employee was able to change the old band out with the new one in a flash.

I had this for about a year and a half and it just stopped working. I had to constantly plug it in and restart it. Not ideal if you are doing a step bet challenge and the watch cuts off after only having it for a short period of time. Also the watch band seems to break easily. Again in a year and a half, I went through 4 different watch bands. Something with the clasp on the band and connection to the watch breaks because its just plastic. I would recommending buying a different watch.

could not use my fitbit as I could not buckle it on my wrist with this item I'm enjoying using it good value for the money

The new Classic Alta wristband is much better than the original wristband. It is more comfortable and withstands accidental tension jerks.

Having arthritis in my fingers, I could not hook the original band. This is sooo easy, just like a watch band. Looks equally as good, too.

I've been very disappointed in the Fitbit Alta bands - I've purchased 3 since I bought the Alta less than a year ago. Has nothing to do with Best Buy, I can't even get Fitbit to respond to my emails.

My wife broke here fit bit band. I couldn't find a replacement, Best buy came through.

I enjoy wearing this band, it is such a beautiful color, many times I wear it without coordinating clothes.

I was happy with the wrist band until I went to the store today and saw a newer, better version that I wish would have been available before I bought this one.

Very happy with my purchase, so far, we will see if it lasts long enough to be worth what I paid
