    This phone system DOES NOT come with 2 handsets and an extra base as described. Ordered twice and received the same thing twice. No attempt on the part of best buy to provide the additional handset.

    The product description for this Clearsounds phone is a "bundle" as it is supposed to contain 2 handsets. I have ordered this bundled product twice, and both times it has come without the additional extension handset and charging base. When I called customer service, for a resolution, they said there was nothing they could do about it, and my only option was to return the product - again. I decided to call Clearsounds directly to see if they sold the extension separately so that I might purchase, they do not make it anymore AND the representative was well aware of the problem with the Best Buy web description of a "bundle" and indicated that they had discussed, weeks ago! Please change the description.
