Product is of solid exterior quality. Only took an hour to assemble. I love that the drawers are pre-installed making it one less to worry about. The only thing to be of concern is that the horizontal slats are very thin and flimsy to support all you and your mattress’s weight; especially if you bought a memory foam mattress. I immediately noticed I was sinking down too much on my top half section and it made a bunch of noise when moving around. So, I had to buy a vertical slat board unit from Amazon to help support me more and it also stopped the bottom slats from making noise. For how much this product already costs, I shouldn’t have had to spend $80 more to fix a product’s defection.

I was skeptical buying the bedframe off BestBuy. I do love everything about the bedframe. i got it for my boyfriend and i love the two storage drawers in the bottom. i love the color grey, the material is not cheap at all. looks great quality and would recommend it to anybody looking for a new bedframe.

Dont buy this product or honestlu any of their furniture pieces. Im extremely disappointed with the quality. Ir arrived damage and customer service was no help. I was very excited but now im left with a broken drawer.

I bought this bed but the tables in the middle don't work very well, I need it to buy additional tables to hold the mattress

I had high hopes for this product, but had to give up after two attempts to get an undamaged product. It appears there is a problem at the factory with the pull out drawers. Upon opening the box for two separate beds, I found both beds had damaged drawers, and frozen drawers that would not pull out. Bed is made from cheap fiber board. Good looking bed, but quality lets it down. Order at your own risk. I wish you luck if you do order and hope you receive an undamaged product. Best Buy is great about taking products back.

Bought it and it was supposed to be shipped on the 20th. Today is the 28th and the last update I got was that it was "In Transit" in California. Logistical Nightmare. How do you lose a 150lb queen size mattress box.
