The base was ooorly made and needs to be replaced. We have called Best Buy to have someone come to replace it

Took a while to assemble but good quality for the price.

Wrong item was sent and I returned it immediately and had to wait 2 weeks for a refund. Terrible business practice for Best buy

Scratches and dings throughout all the pieces. Poor quality

Poor quality. 1st arrived broken. Replacement arrived and the wood finish was peeling off. No instructions on the box either.

Package was delivered open with pieces falling everywhere I also had a few broken pieces, dissatisfied!

Wasn’t worth the purchase had to return damaged due to damaged piecies.

when the geek squad assembled the tv stand some of the pieces were broken. I was told by the sales person that they would order a new stand to replace the damaged pieces but never heard back. I have to sit and stare at a damaged stand now with best buys 15 day return policy.

The stand is beautiful but I purchased a month before moving into a new apartment and when I opened the box there was some damaged parts. The packaging was not strong enough for the weight of the materials.

Waste of money! I would not recommend this to no one unless it comes already assembled. Difficulty assembling and fragile. Had to trash it. Waste of money.

Purchased this stand because for the money, it was a good buy. The problem is, it came broken, so I had to return it. They are sold out, so I couldn't get another one.

Would have been a really nice piece of furniture if pieces of the wood weren’t broken and parts weren’t missing. Nice color wood, though.

Flimsy and came with a broken panel. Should have returned it but didn’t know how.

I really like how this looks in the living room. It seems to be very good quality for a very reasonable price. Much cheaper than most TV stands of the same size. Only issue I have is that the holes for the wires in the back cause my cords to get bent too much. I had to drill a new hole to fix the problem.

I love the stand was I got it put together it came with some broken pieces.

Item came and was not as expected. So i had to reorder.

the assembly took 2 hours to complete and it was easy. My only complaints were that the tv stand got slight damage and the pre cut holes need to be bigger. I'd reccomend to make the pre cut holes bigger. Overall, its a solid TV stand. Very happy.

I have my 75" TV on this stand and it fits perfect. It looks great. It was a little complicated to assemble, but we got it done. I am pleased with my purchase.
