Makes your phone way Too big!

So this is a tuff one because I love the feel of physical keys. I like the idea of a physical keyboard again. However, The way this makes your phone comicly long is a deal breaker. This really does make your phone way too long. I will say once you get the hang of the typing and ability to create short cuts it is a usefull case. But I can not recommend this to anyone because of the rediculous size. I have just the normal 16. I can't fathom this on a Pro Max. If they can create a keyboard that slides out or even covers the bottom of the screen triggering a reachability type software reaction it would be perfect. It would also be perfect on something like the iPhone 13 mini! As it stands now it is not a good solution if you actually want the ability to put your phone in your pocket. I may buy an iPhone 14 clicks and trim it to fit a 13 mini. I will be returning this one!

I am a fan of Michael Fisher (co-founder of the brand) so I’ve seen lots of posts about the device. I just havent had a compatible device to give it a shot. I recently was forced to move to iOS and only agreed so I could get this case. It fits well, it is comfortable to hold. It is a bit tight for my big hands on an iPhone 16 (standard). I would probably appreciate the extra space that a Max or even Pro would provide. It is also a tough learning curve to go back to keyboard typing. I’m getting used to it but some things are just rougher. Autocorrect isn’t as reliable (even for contractions and ‘I’ in the middle of a sentence) as it is using the standard keyboard. The real joy comes from the shortcuts and having the full screen available since a keyboard doesn’t pop up over everything. I’m glad I have it but I wish I had it for a Moto Razr 2025. I’m sure it’d shine on a customizable platform and save lots of unneccesary phone openings.

Well, it's a niche product for sure, but i've been pleasantly surprised. It takes some time to get used to, maybe two weeks at least to acclimate to using shortcut keys and using apple shortcuts. The biggest change is how it has changed my relationship with my phone. I'm a man and usually have carried my phone in my pocket. My phone does still fit in most of my pockets but not always, which means I’ve become more used to setting it down and walking away (which I actually think it is a benefit). I now view my phone more like a productivity tool rather than social media in my pocket or hand. The keyboard feels great, and I haven’t had any issues with it. The startup guide and instructions were helpful, there is a fair amount to setup and get used to.

It's really nice keyboard that is well thought out. The issue for me is that having the phone in the case and trying to use the keyboard without supporting it up higher with your fingers causes it to feel very top heavy. I ended up returning it for that reason. It also just makes the phone very tall... Perhaps with a slider mechanism this could be a real winner. Or even just more weight at the bottom to better balance it. I'm going to give the RAZR+ 2024 clicks keyboard a try, as the folded up display should be better balanced in theory.

This is literally an extension to make a modern phone into a blakberry! Companies have officially ran out of ideas!
