Requested to return initiated but was not contacted by the seller with instructions on returning product. Selected the contact seller button and reached out but still no response. I would not recommend using this seller nor will I ever recommend this product. Worst experience ever. Now I have a chair that was never opened as a gift that I cannot use. Horrible

I received this chair with two lift arm rests, contacted the manufacturer, they said they would ship me the right armrest, 1 month latter and I'm still waiting for them to ship the armrest. Very poor customer service.
